Michael H. Gale, CIC, Joins The Buckner Company

One of the top insurance construction executives in Utah, Michael H. Gale, has recently joined The Buckner Company as a Senior Vice President in the Construction division.

As Senior Vice President, Mike will continue to specialize in construction business, bringing his clients years of experience and service that is unmatched in the industry. He not only brings years of experience and education, he also brings relationships with key construction carriers.

Mike was Vice President at Acordia Mountain West in Ogden, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank, selling and servicing commercial insurance and contract surety services to the commercial construction industry. Prior to that, he was Senior Account Executive and Vice President for First Security Insurance and Commercial West Insurance Agency, respectively.

He is a member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, Surety Association of Utah, Weber State University Alumni Association, Ogden Chamber of Commerce, Associated General Contractors and Associated Builders and Contractors of Utah. He is also a Board Member of the Weber State Wildcat Club as well as former Board Chairman for Downtown Ogden, Inc.

Mike holds a Bachelors of Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He also has completed the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, a comprehensive 5 part series that requires 20 hours of updates each year to ensure those holding the designation are up to date on the many changes in the fast paced insurance industry.
