Position: Executive Vice President and COO

Matt Frost serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Buckner Company. Matt earned his Masters in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1990, and upon graduation, began his career with Price Waterhouse in Chicago, Illinois.

In 1993, he moved back home to Utah and worked for a local public accounting firm until moving into the private sector in 1996. Matt has worked for 12 years in the private sector—first as a controller—until 2002, when he joined The Buckner Company in his current position.

Matt is heavily involved in civic and educational organizations, and served as the president of the BYU Managements Society in 2007.

He enjoys working out, coaching, working with youth, and especially spending time with his family. Matt resides in North Salt Lake with his wife Zanna and their four children.
