Larry Meyer is new to the Buckner family in 2010. He is a life and health agent focused on large group sales. Larry has been involved with insurance since 1977, where he began his insurance career with National Life of Vermont and Bankers Life of Iowa. Larry has also spent many years working with companies such as Educators Mutual, Altius Health Plans, and CIGNA Health Care.

During his career, Larry has been able to work with some of Utah's larger employer groups, including commercial employers, school districts, cities, and counties.

Larry is a member of the Utah Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Larry and his wife have six kids and 15 grandchildren. When he's not at work or with the grandkids, Larry serves as chairman of the Unified Fire Authority Civil Service Commission and in other community activities. He has also served as special assistant to the Salt Lake County Commission and as Salt Lake County Director of Administrative Services.
